When you shop with us we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address to process and deliver your order. If you create an account, we store your sign-in details securely.

Photos you upload for virtual try-on are stored privately and are only visible to you in your personal gallery. They are never shared, published, or used for any other purpose. You can delete them at any time.

Card payments are processed by our secure payment provider. Mirrored never sees or stores your full card details.

We use your details to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, respond to your queries, and — only if you agree — send you occasional updates about new pieces and offers.

We share your details only with the partners needed to complete your order: our courier (name, address, phone) and our payment provider. We never sell your information.

You may ask us at any time to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
