Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive your order number at checkout and can follow its progress on the Track Order page.

A flat delivery fee of R100 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders over R950. One fee covers your whole order — whether it contains a pick & mix bag, individual pieces, or both.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders are only packed and dispatched once payment has cleared. Card payments confirm immediately; EFT orders are released once the transfer reflects in our account.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
