Terms of Service

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment has cleared. We may cancel and refund an order if an item was listed with an incorrect price or is unavailable.

Each bag tier has a fixed price and a set number of favourite and alternate selections. If a favourite item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we fulfil from your alternates in the order you ranked them, and we'll let you know.

Stock levels are shown per size and colour and can change quickly. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it; stock is only secured once payment is confirmed.

Virtual try-on results are a styling preview only. They show how a garment may look on you and are not a guarantee of fit, colour, or drape. Please check the size guide and product measurements before ordering.

You're responsible for keeping your account sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to every order you place.
