Returns & Exchanges
We want every piece to feel right. Here's how exchanges work at Mirrored.
7-day exchange window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be exchanged.
Pick & mix bags
Individual pieces from a pick & mix bag may be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour. Because bags are sold at a fixed tier price, partial refunds on individual bag items are not available.
How to request an exchange
Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll confirm availability and arrange a courier collection or drop-off point.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
